Celebrate spring with an inner journey into sound and silence. Be sure to bring a mat, pillow, and blanket. The more comfortable you are, the better it is!

We will take a few minutes at the start to get present. The sound meditation will last about 50-60 minutes and then we will take time for reintegration.
